Kristen joined Public Affairs Company directly off of Senator Norm Coleman’s re-election campaign, where she served as Political Director for the most expensive and competitive election in Minnesota political history. She ran an aggressive political ground game against one of the most well organized grassroots organizations in the country. Kristen excels at organizing and managing grassroots campaigns and events. With her organizing expertise she was able to increase the Senators political operation to 4 times the size it was in his previous statewide elections.

Prior to working on the Coleman campaign, Kristen served as presidential candidate Fred Thompson’s Iowa Caucus Organization Director. In that position she developed and implemented a comprehensive statewide caucus plan for Fred Thompson’s presidential campaign. She also spent time working at the Republican Party of Iowa, first as a Regional Field Director then as the Party’s Organization Director during preparations for the Iowa caucuses.

Kristen has extensive experience at the highest levels working for Senators, Presidential candidates and the world famous Iowa Caucuses. She works on behalf of PAC’s clients in Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin and around the upper Midwest.

Kristen earned her B.S. in Music from North Central University.
